  • I know that Priety Zinta and Govinda do not suit each other but I have to say this film was great. This is the story about a poor boy who falls in love with a rich girl.

This film is funny all the way through including the beginning, middle and ending.

Kader Khan and Prem Chopra were good at working together and as usual so was Jhonny Lever.

The songs were good and I most liked the Khullam Khulla Pyar Karen song. I thought this movie was better than Pyar deewana hota hai. Priety Zinta was great in this film and she really suited her part. Govinda was outstanding in this film as usual.
  • I saw this film recently and while it is not up to scratch the film is better than Waah Tera Kya Kehna! Priety Zinta does not really get enough scooper to show her potential but she does well with her bits and pieces role. Jonny Lever does a good job as does Razzaq Khan.

Kader Khan is his usual dependable self, Prem Chopra is Prem Chopra in some potions and o.k in others. Monish Behl gets his usual sterotype role. For me Govinda is the show stealer in the film, why wouldn't it be? Comedy is his strength.

He also looks much skinner in this role than Raja Bhaiya but that could be the fact the film was made in 2002/2003 where he was skinner than he is now. His dress sense is much better in this film as well.

watch this film if you are a Govinda fan and like comedy. Don't go on the critics review it ain't as bad as they say it is.
  • This movie is much better than WAAH TERA KYA KEHNA (2002) Govinda is much slimmer than RAJA BHAIYA (2003) and the most funniest in this movie

Govinda plays a poor man who wins the affections of the daughter of an underworld don

The music by Anand Milind was OK The direction done by Harmesh Malhotra was good Sadly this was his last film The movie has some good scenes shot in the USA

Govinda is at his best with his fast dialogue delivery and non-stop humor Preity Zinta fills the heroine's gap which may have been done better by Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor Kader Khan is humorous and doesn't look like a don from any angle Prem Chopra and Sadashiv Ampurkar are funny and quite good as the dons Johny Lever is funny Razzak Khan makes you laugh your head off Himani Shivpuri does well Asrani has a short cameo at the end
  • Warning: Spoilers
Sometimes if a film gets delayed it looses it's sheen, and that was exactly one of the reasons this film tanked. Actually this film Govinda had signed before his political sabbatical during perhaps 2001 and released only in 2005. The film released when Govinda's comedies were already considered outdated and flopped badly. The film has such pathetic scenes that make you cringe, like Govinda being able to cheat Kader Khan and all nonsense. The film is so loud it makes your ears hurt.

Direction by Harmesh Malhotra(perhaps his last released film) is bad Music is typical

Govinda is loud as per his character and though he tries hard he isn't able to salvage the film Preity Zinta perhaps signed the film during her early days and hardly suits the part Kader Khan, Prem Chopra, Mohinish Behl, Himani Shivpuri, Razzak Khan, Sadashiv Amrapurkar are typical as how they act in such films, Johny Lever has his moments
