| You can't judge a movie by its title
This starts with a game of strip mah jong. The bare chested man has bigger man boobs than the girls in their bras have girl boobs. Unless you speak Chinese the story is almost impossible to follow as the English subtitles suffer from white letters on a white background. Even when visible the grammatical errors indicate a poor translation. In the second scene a girl seems to be engaging in prostitution and her face is spray painted black. I gave up hope of comprehending what was going on at that point but kept watching it anyway.

I would not recommend anyone ever watch this movie. It drew me in because of the title. Yes, actors who acted in kung fu movies do act in this movie and there are a few fights. Sammo Hung is really the action director but I'm sure he just phoned it in. Perhaps if I understood Chinese there might have been a story to follow but I doubt it.
