A comic temperance lecturer
A burlesque with a comic temperance lecturer who persuades a couple of queer characters to empty their whiskey into a spring. Later, he drinks of it himself, and others of the community also imbibe with not unexpected results. There was a good amount of laughter. - The Moving Picture World, June 21, 1913
