Perhaps the title is some obscure slang, but at any rate this is one of the crummiest release from the Metro label, a porn purveyor that at one time was known for its adventurous feature films like "Les Vampyres".
It consists merely of 10 blow-job scenes, all-interracial and all-facial. The guys are shown as just disembodied dicks. Sole point of interest for me was casting Jada Fire, billed as just "Jada", sporting her trademark dark nipples but much smaller breasts than the fans later enjoyed staring at.
