Two cops are investigating a drug ring that may be led by an American man who saved them when they were kids. But when he kidnaps one's wife, they must fight through an army of ninjas to save her.
When shooting this movie, Alexander Rei Lo was also making another movie with the same crew, so when they were at a specific location (e.g. a waterfall), they shot one scene from one script then quickly had him change clothes and make up and shot the scene from the other script in the same location.

In one of the first scenes in the police department, Lt. Ronnie Kwun looks at Tyger McPherson's alleged personal files (with the war-picture from Vietnam attached), but the text on the paper he's looking at is actually the script from the movie, with all the dialogue from the previous scene.
