After the Halo event of 2552, there is a brief but violent period of civil war among the humans. Two armies on opposite sides of a canyon, the Reds and Blues, fight in the most worthless piece of real estate in the galaxy.
Caboose (Blue Team) is actually looking at his own base when told to watch the Red Base late in the series. This was an intentional joke, but was completely ignored when the episode was released.
Okay, so the red guy is Sarge, their leader, which is lucky for us, because he's not a very good leader.
Church: And that's Donut. I like Donut. He's pretty harmless, I don't think he'd hurt a fly.
Simmons: Plus he's kinda...
Simmons: Well... y' know...
In episode 39, the scene at Battle Creek where the Red Zealot was holding the blue flag before he was mobbed by the Blues. Just as the Red Zealot was being mobbed, you can see his name appear on the top-center for a split second: "Hambone".
The DVD releases have new animation or removed dialog at the end of each chapter, which is where the respective Webisode faded to black while the actors usually ad-libbed.
