There is a measly story in Bud Lee's Sin City feature "Desire", but the dependable auteur delivers nearly nonstop sex this time. He has cast lesser-known femmes, making it more interesting to watch than the usual parade of big names trotted out for the hundredth time.
Chloe Dior stars and brings energy to her role as lead dancer at a strip club named Desire Unlimited; the movie's shooting title was "Unlimited Desire". The four sex scenes consist of dancers and customers having sex at the club, often in the manner of a three-ring circus, with Lee cross-cutting between ongoing sex scenes.
After the humping has ended, the meaning of it all is concisely explained, but clearly this is sex for sex sake, handled by talented performers including Alexis Amore and the unsung beauty Rhiannon Bray.
In the BTS, Bud pays tribute to Bob Chinn, who coincidentally was shooting a feature in the same building as this Lee feature, noting that he had sex on screen with wife Hyapatia Lee in a Chinn feature ("Sweet Young Foxes") shot exactly 20 years earlier.
