Perversion or hedonism?

Rather dated, this vintage Private movie directed by Euro star Christoph Clark (who does not appear on screen) takes a romantic approach to so-called perversion, as beautiful blonde Barbara and super stud David Perry carry on an open relationship.

Not much story here, just a succession of sex scenes and touristy travelogue views of Budapest, as Barbara seems just as much an instigator as her husband to be Perry. Plenty of lesbian sex, plus threesomes, anal sex, Barb hiring prostitutes for hubby and a massive orgy for her at a BDSM club.

With pleasant music and director Clark stressing a romantic atmosphere, the predictable "twist" ending carries zero impact.

Version I watched (with German language dubbing) carried plural title on screen: "The Perversions of Barbara".
