  • Angela (Rita Guedes) is a reporter doing a TV documentary about the life story of some strippers who dance in a night club, and "the businesses" which some of them have after that (luxurious prostitution, of course…). When she finds out that two girls (Isa and Anita) who used to work in the same club are missing, since a month ago, she thinks it could turn her documentary even more interesting and starts searching some clues about the missing girls. She finds out Viviane (Isa's sister) and together they enter into a story that is becoming stranger each step they move…

It's a movie about strippers, their stories, the way they became into that life, but especially a portrait of an underworld of sex, money and exploited women, that is right there, in front of our eyes, and so many times we pretend it doesn't even exist… The first part, when it just seems to be a documentary, it's a bit boring, because all you can see is girls telling us about their lives…but when the story becomes deeper, and you start entering in this underworld of money and sex, which can easily involve blackmail or crime, it turns a lot more interesting…

My favourite quote of this movie, can report you, in a single sentence, what it's all about: "Money is just the second thing that keeps the world turning, because the first one is sex…"
