Prolific actor David Perry is best-known as a director of gonzo, all-sex videos, but this typical Italo-Hungarian opus has him adopting the Old School story line approach. Quality casting overcomes the ho-hum story.
A remarkable number of talented and extremely well-known players support the two unknown leads, overshadowing them. Jennifer Morante plays a stunning blonde modely who joins Karl Ben's upcoming fashion show and is the principal fly in the ointment of the plot.
Lead model Maria Bellucci resents her and plots with Morante's husband Leslie Taylor to have her drop out of the big show, which should star Maria anyway. Rest of the cast is carrying on sexually with each other, notably Ben's partner Mick Blue (looking good at the beginning of his still-boffo career) bedding down cute and non-porn looking Lara Stevens; Ben's key assistant Mandy Bright humping the boss; etc. Even the security guard Alberto Rey gets into the XXX action.
A contrived happy ending falls miserably flat in Steve Morelli's screenplay. Eros Veneziani, a still-active lingerie brand, is featured prominently in the production, at times giving it an aspect of infomercial. Same firm was plugged similarly in an earlier Italian porn video, Luca Damiano's "Lingerie".
