Devinn Lane excels as both star and producer of this Wicked Pictures feature from writer-director Michael Zen. Hopefully this star of her era has not been forgotten by Adult Cinema fans.
She is very well-cast in the title role, introduced in prison having nightmares dating back to the failed robbery that landed her there. She and fellow strippers Monique Alexander and Gia Jordan had gone home with big-tipper customer Nick Manning and tried to steal a drawer full of cash from him. Monique & Gia escaped with the loot, while Devinn got tagged for the crime.
Story follows her release from prison on parole, questing for revenge against the gals who double-crossed her. Since Nick's cash was mob money, gangsters Brad Armstrong and Barrett Blade are also on the hunt, leading to an unfortunately clumsy confrontation finale (director Zen muffing the scene) and Brad/Devinn sex coupling finale for their fans.
With solid acting and hot sex this is a winner in the Old School format of sex films with a convincing and involving story. Devinn in the "Making of" short subject relates that she was in charge, picking both cast and crew, and the results are commendable.
