  • First of all this game is alright but could do with a few minor adjustments. Number 1-this game needs MORE swearing, I don't think I heard one swear from this game. Number 2-this game needs MORE sex, there was only women wearing tight and slightly revealing clothes and considering it is about a rapper it needs more sex. Number 3-this game needs LESS violence, I don't usually say that, in fact I've never said that but this game did get boring because all there is, is gunning people down, stabbing, taking people out and number 4-this game needs to be EASIER, seriously this game is one the most hardest in my game piles. Not EVERYTHING in this game is bad, some parts are funny but needs some adjustments. 6/10

This game should have been one of those extinct arcade games that cost fiddy cents to play.

This game was horrific on so many levels. 2005 or not, this game was bad, corny even for a so-called gangsta.

If you were looking for a black on black game...you're out of luck because it's more of a bore on crap game.

Last Words: 22nd question. Why was this finalized?

I don't seem to understand how a pity thug like 50 cent be given his own computer game. I mean I would go as far as giving the fool credit for a creating a game that would appeal to the 'bad boy wannabe' genre, because any decent gamer would not really want to play this. I managed to obtain a copy of this cheaply although I now regret wasting money on it at all. Apprantly I am still getting understanding how running around and shooting things is educational but probably just another day in the 'hood'. The first problem with the game is shooting , I mean how many bullets does it take to kill one punk, another thing is that well really you don't really have to do much as you can just rely upon Fiddy's hood rat friends to do the dirty work for you but truly the biggest flaw of this game was the camera , it just made the aiming just a lot lot harder than it should be and also just plain frustrating. The only amusing thing about this game was eminem's character and the plot seemed good although how the hell a thug can get caught up into an international conspiracy is beyond me ! Trluy avoid , there are better terrible games out there like the sequel is been given to this comedy satire.

    50 CENT: BULLETPROOF - 3.7 OUT OF 10
  • I have good news and bad news. First the good news, the graphics while never amazing are pretty damn good and good likenesses of all the characters, if you like the music genre, you will LOVE the tunes in this game, the unlockable extras are insane (videos, music, characters, etcetera...) and the story which is pretty shallow and heavily clichéd is still serviceable enough. The bad news is that a VERY poor control scheme and below par camera angles negate pretty much all of the good news. This game would be a breeze for any serious gamer to get through in no time at all, except those poor ass controls make this game way less fun than it could have possibly been. That said, if you're a fan of 50 Cent and/or G-Unit, give this one a go. You could do worse, but then again you could do much better too.

    My Grade: C
  • This is pretty much the worst and most over-hyped game of 2005 and made a lot of 'bottom 10' lists in many magazines last month. And it bloody deserves it.

The problems with this game begin before you even lift it off the shelf in the store. I mean take a look at the cover. It's 50 Cent, one of the few African American 'role models' around these days, in a defencive pose with a stereotypical 'angry black guy' look on his face (oh, please don't hurt me Mr. Cent!).

Now I am not a fuddy-duddy conservative who blames people like Marilyn Manson for corrupting kids or whatever because I know kids are more intelligent than adults give them credit for. But America is a very racist country and when 50 Cent misrepresents the Black Community and backs up the xenophobic myth that all Black people are evil or killers or gang-bangers in some way I can't help but get very annoyed.

Second of all is the fact that this drivel game is no more than a laughable male fantasy. Yes, I know Mr. Cent has been shot 9 times but it was all at once with low calibre bullets. It's not as if he goes out and gets shot at every day and is immune to all lead fired in the direction of his person. I know 50 Cent has had a really, REALLY, RE-EALLY tough life, that I would not wish upon anyone. But when violence and death have haunted you your whole life the LAST thing you should do is capitalise on a game that glorifies gun-play and gang warfare. That's just disgusting and perverse and if Mr. Cent truly 'kept it real' (what a ridiculous, meaningless phrase) he would treat his demons with respect. Using music as a way of working through them is fine but starring in a video game where the main enjoyment comes from blowing people away certainly is NOT. As I have said, there are few African American role models and he should set an example to those following behind him. While his innovative music may have made him a huge success this game smashes any credibility I feel he may have had.

Third? Well the story to the game is childish and stupid anyway. It's not even entertaining accidentally as it's just way too dull.

And fourth? Well don't get me started on the horrible targeting system and awful controls. It'll make you want to smash your control pad into your TV screen. What a horribly cheaply programmed game!

Fifth? Well, that would have to be the bland, graphics and tedious environments. It all adds up to a pretty (read VERY) unsatisfying experience. Mere days after being released most stores had zillions of copies traded in as those foolish enough to buy it blind quickly discovered what a rotten game it is as well as a hideously over-indulgent and grossly misjudged vanity piece. BEWARE!!!

    Warning: Spoilers
i just played 50 cent the game and i had so much fun killing the bad guys with counter kills. this game really deserves its mature rating for blood, gore, intense violence, sexual themes, use of drugs and strong language. believe me...strong language is all over this game. when you start this game you are 50 cent and im sure you all know that. you play a few levels and 50 gets shot 9 times. if you want to understand this really well then you need to play the game for about an hour a day. this can be similar to grand theft auto but you cannot steal cars or bikes or anything cause you don't get to drive at all. it sucks but that is how it is for these games. i just registered IMDb.com and it is October 29,2006 and next im commenting on 50 cent's (Curtis Jackson) awful movie called get rich or die trying. but this is the game for any 50 cent fan and i must warn you, there is a litte free-play thing but it is stupid so don't get excited but its a good game though.
  • This game is the stuff. The graphics are the best graphics i seen for Playstation 2 so far. The music is the best, but they are missing some good songs like Gatman and Robin by 50 Cent feat. Eminem. That would be a good song to play because it goes with the game perfect. You can team up with Eminem, aka Mc Vicar, and you go around watching each others back while shooting people. The story is kind of stupid, but the game its self is cool. Plus the camera angels is confusing. It is sort of opposite. You want to look up you have to move the left analog stick down. It is hard at first, but easy when you get used to it. This game is almost like Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, but the graphics are better, and the missions are longer and more fun. The game is easy to beat if you know what your doing. I beat it twice and i got it the day it came out. Once on Easy, and once on G-Unit Soldier, aka Hardest difficulty. All I can say is this is one of the best games i ever played when it comes to guns, violence, and gangs. If you liked any of the Grand Theft Auto games, any music by G-Unit, Aftermath Records or Shady Records, you have to get this game, and if you don't may god be with you.
  • 50 Cent: Bullet Proof In 50 Cent: Bulletproof, 50 Cent gets caught in a web of corruption, double-crosses, and shady deals that lead him on a bloody path through New York's drug underworld. Teaming up with his G Unit crew, 50 Cent takes on the most dangerous crime families in the city, uncovering an international conspiracy with devastating implications. 50 Cent: Bulletproof features album tracks and new songs from 50 Cent recorded exclusively for the game, as well as more than a dozen 50 Cent and G Unit videos along with new original hot beats and scoring from Sha Money XL (G Unit Exec Producer). In addition, the game will offer a sound studio mode in which gamers can mix and match new original freestyles by 50 Cent with new beats straight from the G Unit camp.

This is high packed action game which deserved to be played. The only disappointed to the game is the game controller. But to avoid any upset there's a tip to get use to the game, go on 'Acarde mode' which helps you to improve you shooting and accuracy. But highly recommend to buy. The public rating is 6.5/10, I give it 9/10
