I was recently in Russia and watched the mini series about Esenin. I cannot speak or understand the Russian Language, however I easily understood this film and throughly enjoyed it. The cast and direction was outstanding; it made you want to tune in for more. In fact, I couldn't wait to watch it every night it was on. Esenin, in my opinion, was incredibly talented and ahead of his time. After watching it, I couldn't wait to get back to the states to see if it was available in English. I urge anyone interested in Russian/Soviet History to watch this film. The cast was great, and I looked forward every night to watching it! I give it a big 10!
