David wears a fishhook necklace. The fishhook is similar to the one used by Maui in Moana (2016). Since Maui is very prominent in Hawaiian culture, it's conceivable that the fishhook David wears is a representation of Maui's hook and is worn as a good luck charm.

When Pleakley and Jumba join Lilo and the others in the room, Pleakley first has on a black sandal and a white high heel. The sandal changes into another white high heel when we next see him. Yet nowhere do we see Pleakley remove the sandal. Nor is it in the room - it has disappeared entirely.
As with the first Lilo & Stitch film, the Walt Disney Pictures opening logo at the beginning which maybe can be seen glitching and flickering by green light, which then goes out, as if the power has gone off.
