A look at Wolverine's early life, in particular his time with the government squad Team X and the impact it will have on his later years.
Bryan Singer (who directed X-Men (2000) and X-Men 2 (2003)), Brett Ratner (who directed X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)), Len Wiseman, Alexandre Aja, and Zack Snyder all expressed interest in directing the film, before Gavin Hood was hired.
Young Victor Creed:
You're always sick.
Young James Logan: You were sick when you were my age.
During the adamantium implantation, the metal is injected into the major bones in Wolverine's skeleton (skull, ribs, arm and leg bones). The X-ray monitor displays then show the injected metal spreading out to coat the rest of his bones. This should have also coated his teeth with adamantium, but it doesn't.
This is the first X-Film to have an opening credits sequence: Logan and Creed fight together through a montage of wars: the American Civil War, WWI, WWII, and the Vietnam War.
