A young guy short on luck, enrolls in a class to build confidence to help win over the girl of his dreams, which becomes complicated when his teacher has the same agenda.
Bill Murray was attached to play Dr. P at one time with Christopher Masterson playing Roger. Murray and Masterson both had to pull out of the project at the last minute.

At the end of the movie, after Dr. P drops the defibrillator paddles on Roger, he is seen shaking like he has been shocked even though only one paddle is on him and the other can be seen on the ground. The circuit would be open the second the other paddle is not touching his body.
Home video release include the 'Unrated Ballbuster Edition' which is 8 minutes longer than the theatrical release. There is an alternative ending.That is only available on DVDs.
