A real-time account of the events on United Flight 93, one of the planes hijacked on September 11th, 2001 that crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania when passengers foiled the terrorist plot.
The first plane to hit the World Trade Center was American Airlines Flight 11, striking the North Tower between the 93rd and 99th floors at at 8:46 a.m.. Seventeen minutes later, at 9:03 a.m., United Airlines Flight 175 struck the South Tower between the 75th and 85th floors. At 9:37 a.m., American Airlines Flight 77 struck the western facade of The Pentagon. At 9:59 a.m., the South Tower of the World Trade Center collapsed. At 10:07 a.m., United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. At 10:28 a.m., the North Tower of World Trade Center collapsed, 102 minutes after the very first attack.

The aircraft's interior lights come on in a deserted cabin. Moments later, the pilots walk toward the aircraft. Cabin lights can't be switched on until the flight deck turns on the power.
The very last line of closing credits states that the movie was "not sponsored by, or in any way affiliated with, United Airlines."
