The Gray Man
The house that Albert took Grace to is architecturally an early 1930s house. It would have been too new for it to have been that decrepit as well as abandoned.
(at around 40 mins) When Albert and Grace board a train. The locomotive of the train is a Diesel-Electric model that was produced between 1949 and 1953.
(at around 17 mins) At the doorway with the woman being interviewed. The wrought iron railing on the building is not from the 1920s but from the 1980s.
On the way to his house, Albert and Grace walk across a bridge fitted with Flex-Beam/Armco guard rails. This type of crash barrier was invented in 1933, whereas the scene is set in 1928.
