  • This game was brilliant. I loved playing co-op with my friends; all of us at the time felt that this game perfectly captured old school FPS gaming while also ushering in a modern feel (like online multiplayer). I can't even fathom how many hours we must've spent mowing down enemies!

A great nonstressful game you can play with your feet up!

First of all this is a game, not a movie,at least not yet.But if you like complicated plots and almost limitless puzzles ,then this isn't the game for you.I personally like Serious Sam 2 because it's a great shooter with aw-sum graphics and great game play. The enemies are fantastic starting from their "biographies" and ending with their ability to fall apart after a definite amount of shots.Speeking about shooting ,the weapons are the perfect arsenal for our hero-everything from shotguns ,plasmaguns ,'n combo Uzi's to sniper ,minigun and the cannon.Unfortunately there's no flamethrower but there is a parrot gun-hell that's right!A PARROT GUN!Plus there's Sam's punchlines ,like "Double the gun ,double the fun!" or "Now this is what I call a GUN!".The language is moderate ,not too strong 'n not too soft. This is a personal favorite ,I give it 11/10.
  • If you miss the old days of Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior, Serious Sam-II is the way to go. Despite its shameless obsession with spoofing Duke Nukem Forever, Serious Sam-II is a worthy sequel to a very fun game. The action is even more frantic than before and the enemies are tougher, and to handle them, you need to chuck grenades simultaneously while firing away the primary weapon, which is a very welcome and innovative addition to gameplay. The level design is brilliant and very creative and even more beautiful than in the first game. You really gotta love how you are rewarded with an amusing cutscene each time you finish a level. The downside is that the level design becomes poorer towards the end. A must buy for FPS fans anywhere. You won't regret it.
