Goodbye Mr. Grainger (1977) Poster

Poor Mr. Grainger. He's been behaving very curmudgeonly as of late, leading the staff to want him sacked or forcibly retired. Are they being too hasty, though? Can they still repair their friendship with him?

| Goodbye Mr. Grainger
One of the few episodes of the show to focus massively on Mr Grainger, and even rarer - an episode that had a bit of pathos in it.

It's beautifully played by Arthur Brough as Mr Grainger, and I liked the fact that the others chipped in to make up the money he'd lost.

A lovely episode.
