| More or less just an average episode.
In this episode, the US Land Commissioner is set to visit Wileyville for the purpose of opening up the Pawnee land reserve under the homestead act. This way any citizen can claim land that the government owns. And this is good news for the people of Wileyville but there are others that want to profit and force the government to keep the land instead of opening the land up to citizens.

When a small group of three men want to harm the people that are seeking to claim land, it will be up to Bill Jr, that teams up with the local minister, to keep the people safe.

There was nothing that really stood out in this episode but it was nice enough to at least hold the viewer's interest. During the show the viewer is treated to old stock footage of land stampede where it looks like old silent movie clips were used in the show. And we also get to see the slowest burning fuse in television history. More or less just an average watch.
