  • Chef is decidedly out of sorts, making sub par salmon mousse, it turns out the world famous chef Albert Roux is visiting the restaurant, the trouble is no unpasteurised stilton is available.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this one, the standard in this series has been excellent. A great idea to get a famous chef on the show.

    Talk of drugs, when the BBC wasn't obsessed with making politically correct shows.

    The first thing I'd have to point out from the official DVD release, is that some of this was definitely cut, there were definitely a few missing scenes.

    Funny, you definitely can no longer get stilton in the UK made with unpasteurised milk. 9/10
