Plot

After a recent string of robberies at well-established casinos, Nick and Amanda are hired to guard one that has yet to be robbed. However, their efforts are in vain, as they are knocked out with gas and the casino is robbed anyway. Nick is determined to bring those responsible to justice, but there is one problem--the ringleader is Jeremy Dexter, an immortal with whom Amanda was once involved, and she is determined to protect him. Also on the case is an Interpol agent who is convinced that one of Dexter's previous robberies caused his brother to commit suicide.—page8701

Immortal Jeremy Dexter (Stephen Moyer) robs a casino. Amanda had stolen Queen Mary's treasury with Dexter in 1554 and refuses to help Wolfe and Interpol agent Nicolae Breslaw (Jan Tríska) chase Dexter. Triska holds an old grudge against Dexter. Amanda vainly tries to help Dexter disappear with Wolfe and Triska in close pursuit. Triska is unable to kill Dexter, so Wolfe does it to end Triska's investigation.

Amanda and Wolfe have to save an immortal thief named Dexter from the police.

Nick and Amanada are working security for a casino when it's robbed by Immortal Jeremy Dexter, an old acquaintance of Amanda's. This sparks an argument between her and Wolf since he wants to arrest Dex while she wants to help him get out of town safely. Things are complicated by th introduction of Interpol inspector Nicolae Breslaw, who is obsessed with the gang due to his late brother's involvement with gambling. Wolf eventually agrees to help Amanda get Dex safely out of town by faking his death in front of the inspector.
