The verdict is in - Kate Wilson is once again found not guilty of a crime. If the marshal has any say, her feminine charms have been wielded at the male population one too many times because he has a plan.
Kate Wilson is once again found not guilty by a jury. Kate, her partner Carter Knox, and her saloon are the biggest problems in Laramie with which Marshal Troop must contend. The newspaper editor shows Troop articles describing the times she has been freed by juries for multiple crimes. In one case her previous partner took the blame for a murder and is serving five years for manslaughter. Troop visits Larry Bennett in prison and when confronted with the fact Kate has moved past him, Bennett agrees to testify against Kate. At the trial Kate's attorney once again seats a jury of men aged 40-50 as requested by Kate. However, the prosecutor and Judge at the urging of Marshal Troop decide to seat a new jury.
