Jake gets a visit from his ex girlfriend who tells him that she has a kid from him and that she wants him to sign papers so her husband can adopt him. He struggles with it but at the end signs. Rhonda meets a rich guy she goes out with as Cinderella. Allison has a tumor and can't afford the operation but Michael helps her out.
A pretty great episode. I liked Jake's story. One understands his struggle. And the moments with him and the kid were very cute. Great that Jo managed to take a picture of that hug.
Allison's story was also good. She is very lucky she is friends with Dr. Mancini. He found her a great solution to what seemed as an unsolvable problem. Billy was also a great friend in this episode.
