| Overbearing moralistic tale
IT ALL COMES OUT IN THE WASH has a neat idea behind it but it's fair to say that the idea is one note only and the writer struggles to expand it to even 20-something minute length. The story involves an unscrupulous estate agent who learns of a magical Chinese laundry that promises to wash away people's guilt as well as the stains on their clothing.

There are the expected twists along the way here, and the whole thing is one of those constructed morality lessons which seek to shove good behaviour down the throat of the viewers. The best thing about it is a supporting performance from veteran Chinese actor James Hong.
