In this scene, Josh is wearing the set of pajamas C.J. got him in S2:E3 "The Midterms" while he was still recovering from being shot. In that episode, C.J. also noted how big the pajamas were on Josh, who responded, C.J. "All this time I've been working with you, did you also think I was playing power forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers?"
