No emotion. No fear. No pain. They were the perfect soldiers to protect mankind - until the drone police became the perfect enemy. Tallis, a cyber-enhanced soldier, rescues a rebel beauty and teach her to fight and think like a machine.
In the last fight scene David Mattey, who plays the Super Drone, was wearing a suit of armor and prosthetic appliances on his face and full colored eye contacts, the type that surround the whole front of the eye, greatly restricting your vision. To add to the difficulty the scene was filmed in the rain and at night. Mattey ended up being a better swordsman than his stunt double, who ended up sitting out the scene.
Angel - Tallis' Rifle:
'It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.' Albert Einstein made that statement when the steam powered locomotive was still a wonder of technology. I wonder what theory he would have had for the mess mankind ...
Reflection of a crew member seen across the street from Tallis as he steps out from behind a building after shooting the rabbit.
