All in all, I think that the flick was decent. I think that the movie could have been trimmed down a bit and accomplished the same goal, and still have been feature-length. I found that there were quite a few parts which got a bit tedious to sit through.
The video seemed to be a bit too grainy, almost to the point where it looks like it was shot on a handy-cam. There were also quite a few sound issues throughout the flick, and they got a bit overwhelming; mostly in the normalization department, but also the gunshot department. I found that the gunshots didn't match up to the action quite a few times.
The story was solid, I thought that the concept was played out rather well, albeit it was quite slow building at some points during the film. The acting was good during most of the movie, there were some points, mostly within the first half our or so which seemed a bit cheesy and over-the-top, but it improved as the movie progressed. The movie was quite funny, but was lacking in the horror department. I would definitely classify this as a comedy more readily than a horror-comedy.
I liked the movie, but I think that it would be a better experience if it were tweaked a little bit before it goes to press. Sound and sync issues will become the albatross on this feature's neck. Iron those out, trim it a bit to keep the story smooth and you'll have a pretty darn good movie that a lot of folks will enjoy. Good job and congratulations on getting it done and premiered.
