Self-proclaimed stuntman Rod Kimble is preparing for the jump of his life - to clear fifteen buses to raise money for his abusive stepfather Frank's life-saving heart operation.
Almost every time Rico (Danny McBride) is holding a beer, it's real beer.
Never sneak up on a man who's been in a chemical fire.
Rod attempts to raise $50,000 for his stepfather's heart transplant. In 2007, when the film was released, the cost of obtaining a donor heart alone would have cost around $90,000. The total cost of the transplant, including doctor's fees, hospital costs, post-op care, etc. would be over $650,000.
After the end credits roll we see Rod bowing to his old moped in the sunset.
