A veteran Vegas magician tries to revive his career after his longtime partner quits, he gets fired from his casino act, and an edgy new "street magician" steals his thunder.
Can I ask you something?
Rance Holloway: If you feel you should.
At the birthday party for Doug Munney's son, in the background you can see a large body of water with no barriers suggesting a cliff side home overlooking the ocean. The film is set in Las Vegas, Nevada. The largest body of water is Lake Meade. But unlike larger lakes in the Michigan, Chicago or Wisconsin area, there are high cliffs which border Lake Meade. It would be impossible to get any kind of view or shot of Lake Meade without showing the cliff side borders.
The background doesn't not show a large body of water, rather it shows a hazy sky overlooking a valley. Its blue hue might be mistaken for a body of water. Other shots in the same sequence actually show mountains, houses, and buildings in the distance.
