A two-reel labor story with the scenes laid at a coal mine. Denton, the young foreman, is in love with a girl named Delia, and has a jealous rival named Ford. The men want to strike and Denton refuses to join them. Ford spreads false information concerning him. The strike scenes later are well presented and there is plenty of action. A company of militia is called out to quell the disturbances and some battle scenes are shown. This is well constructed and a good offering of its type. - The Moving Picture World, April 17, 1915
