Bruce Banner, a scientist on the run from the U.S. Government, must find a cure for the monster he turns into, whenever he loses his temper.
Paul Soles, who portrays "Stanley", the owner of the pizza shop, provided the voice for Dr. Bruce Banner in the Hulk (1966) animated series. The character's name may also be another tribute to Hulk co-creator Stan Lee.
A girlfriend? She helps him, maybe?
Gen. Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross: She is no longer a factor, we closed those doors to him a long time ago. He's alone. He wants to be alone.
After the helicopter explodes on the Hulk, he is shown with several cuts that are clearly bleeding red colored blood. Later on in the film, when he receives a gouge in his chest from the Abomination, he starts bleeding green blood. This discrepancy could be related to different "levels" of Hulk transformation, or some other such extenuating circumstance.
The opening credits sequence is a flashback showing how Bruce Banner became the Hulk and details his subsequent run from Ross, interspersed with military documentation archiving his progress.
Two versions were released theatrically in Germany: the uncut version, rated "Not under 16", and a (very clumsily) edited version which was rated "Not under 12".
