For the original broadcasts on My Network TV, the only credits featured at the end of most shows were a list of sponsors which flashed over a preview of the next episode. The full cast and crew credits played at the conclusion of the weekly recap shows.

The show was shot under the title "Table for Three," which is also the name of the Spanish telenovela that it was adapted from. "Desire" was the network's umbrella title for an anthology of shows that included Wicked Wicked Games (2006), and it ultimately became the name of this series.
