Hardly up to the standards one associates with a Paul Thomas feature, this very disappointing Raven Touchstone-scripted vehicle for Vivid contract star Lanny Barby is almost as poor as those quickies PT made for the label under his many pseudonyms like Judy Blue, Cleo Edwards and Chuck Lords.
Barby is especially poor and unconvincing in the role of a wife unhappy with her husband's sexual abilities. She mistakenly goes to accountant Van Damage for counselling, mistaking him for his therapist neighbor in the same office building Tommy Gunn.
That sets in motion a deadly dull and always unconvincing narrative merely as an excuse for six sex scenes. Poor casting extends to Van's femme pal played by Joanna Angel, perhaps the most overrated femme performer in Adult Cinema history (in my book). She has far fewer tattoos at this point in her career, but zero acting ability and muffs even the simplest scenes of conflict or dramatic content. PT apparently didn't see fit to do retakes, so the show plays llke amateur night compared to his other, better-known movies.
Damage wanders through the show looking bewildered, and the sex content is strictly arbitrary and generic.
