All of the major characters are shown traveling to Bolivia, a nation whose average altitude is 12,000 feet above sea level. It takes several days to get accustomed to the thin air and the lower air pressure in country; yet none of the characters who arrive are show experiencing any difficulties while there.
The iconic "James Bond gun barrel" sequence, not seen in its traditional format since Die Another Day, is incorporated into the closing credits.
