Yes dear friends, before porn-parody became lucrative and in less than a decade put a nail in the coffin of story-line Adult Cinema, Paul Thomas and his short-sighted backers at Vivid Video created a 2-part, 3-1/2 hour riff on Mike Nichols' feature film version of the play "Closer".

This part one is marketed strictly as a Mercedez vehicle, even though she was no longer a Vivid contract girl but on her own freelancing. It actually has Stefani Morgan in the lead part, but none of the roles are more than zero or perhaps one-dimensional.

Filling out the quartet from "Closer" are Kurt Lockwood as an erotic still photographer, who goes from girl friend/muse Stefani to cling to Mercedez instead, and Trent Tesoro as Mercedez's oversexed husband. Extraneous sex scenes (with much guest talent wasted like Sam Ryan and Euro imports Rita Faltoyano and Monica Sweetheart) are thrown in randomly.

Regular scripter for PT, Tony G, should have been fined for his pointless contribution, whereas a Cliff's Notes steal from "Closer" would have played better, much as I detest entirely the theft of intellectual property inherent in all these porn ripoffs. Say, perhaps I'm the one holding a grudge?
