Gwen Summers saved this fairly ordinary Nic Cramer feature for me, not one of Sin City's prestige productions. She plays the neglected wife of writer Joey Ray, nd six sex scenes later we've had a moderately satisfying diversion.
Picture opens promisingly with us watching a vignette being typed at his word processor by Joey, presenting a hard-boiled gumshoe played by Chris Cannon interrogating and then humping Kristina Black. This format gives way to a more conventional approach to storytelling in which all sympathy goes to Gwen, while Joey's uncaring, selfish behavior is suspect.
To become a memorable film this needed some interesting story twists, which D. Cypher failed to include, and more A-list casting, as the ladies here are attractive, ranging from always lovely to look at April to Euro import Sharon Wild, but no one resembling a Sin City superstar. Clearly made as just another title, and condemned thereby to obscurity.
