Suitcase wakes up asking for a cappuccino, and Magnum wakes up asking for a pint of stout.

Jenn: I don't want to talk about your work.
When Jesse shoots Terry Genest, his first shot is standing with two hands on the gun, shooting with his right hand. Then he falls to his left and shoots one-handed with his left hand. The camera cuts to Genest and back to Jesse, showing him holding the gun with both hands and shooting with his right hand. The camera again cuts to Genest and back to Jesse, and this time he has the gun in his left hand.
