- A character says another man ate a lollipop out of a stripper's vagina, and the other replies that his friend ate a box of nerds out of her butthole. And man says that he got herpes after that.

- There is a scene where it looks like two men are having sex.
Violence & Gore

- There are several scenes of violence that are very comical yet not that violent
- A man and another fight, with one jumping on him, The other hitting him with a large fluorescent tube and a fire extinguisher to the gut, One punching the fire extinguisher, followed by more struggling and him biting the man on his ear when it is already disfigured and him punching his nose. one twists his nipples and he punches him repeatedly.
- A man is duct-taped to a wheelchair. He is shot in the stomach with a pistol by another man. Bloody bullet holes appear on his stomach and shot another time in the stomach and he gets knocked out. At the end he is found with a knife implying that he used the knife to cut off the bullet and his neck is bandaged up.
- A car chase takes place; A young man and another man drive away from a police officer. One kicks through the slushie-covered windshield to make a hole so he can see where he's driving. A ring of blood is shown on his ankle. An innocent bystander gets shot in the shoulder with blood spraying. At the end of this chase, the police officer's car flips over and lands upside down.
- A man enters a house to find carpets and furniture covered in blood, and goes into the bathroom to find a man wedged between the toilet and the tub with his arms covered in blood
- In a retirement home, a man smashes a coffee pot to a thug's face and we see blood on and around his hands when he puts them to his face. anther then punches him, and the injured man punches him in the crotch. As a result, the thug has a large scar on his face (very messy).
- A man gets too high, after an officer gives the order to dispose of a private being used in an experiment for smoking marijuana, we hear a gunshot (from off camera) which means that he is shot and dies.
- High and panicking that a crime boss or his goons are after them in the woods, A young man and another take off running, with one tripping over a log and hitting his head hard on a large rock (and then rolling down a hill), while another runs directly into a tree.
- A young man holds his gun on one of the thugs who are in the warehouse, but one thug then shoots that hostage making him have no hostage and they capture the man tossing him into a room.
- A big gun battle takes place above and inside a marijuana factory between men (thugs) and their Asian rivals. A knife or throwing star is also used, while many people are shot, including by a young man and another. Some of the shootings are bloody
- A man is shot in the right ear while running towards an enemy and blood sprays. A piece of the upper lobe is blown off -- he repeatedly tries to put it back on and we see blackened and red blood. He asks how gross his ear looks and his friend says really gross.
- A ninja shoots a woman in the arm, but she then riddles him with machine gun fire shooting the man in the leg (He limps to the cellar). He then charges her, but she flips him, and the two fight (punches, kicks, etc.) at the same time that a man and another fight. The man punches the woman and then bashes wood over her head.
- A man gets shot by an AK47 and his body falls on a basket. Two men fire at two men and both of them shoots one of them down. His body hangs on a rope upside down and falls on the floor. The two men shoot the corpse with lots of bullets. A ninja stabs another thug in the back ricochet style and he falls onto the ground making the men confused.
- Two men enter a house, argue with another man and there is a prolonged free-for-all fight: furniture is destroyed, heads are smashed into walls, one man throws a heavy ashtray toward another man's head, punches are exchanged, and one person falls onto a coffee table and smashes it (we see the men with scratches on their faces and a little blood but brutality).
- A thug shoots another thug violently, and prepares to shoot a man, but a person runs him over with his car and he dies instantly, and then he gets out of the car blows his foot off from his corpse with a pump-action shotgun for fun. This scene is pretty gory.
- A man shoots a young man, followed by a ninja jumping down onto the latter's back in an attack. There's some struggling, and he ends up shooting that guy up through the chin (mylohyoid muscle). A huge pool of blood is shown when another man discovers him
- After more fighting, including a man getting another around the neck with his feet while hanging above him, a huge explosion blows one back to a wall, his body is severely burned and his lower half is charred up. A car is then blown upward by an explosion and lands down onto a woman.
- A bomb is tossed into a barn and it explodes throwing one man against a wall (he's unconscious but unhurt) and killing several people. Leaves of marijuana are burning and another man gets knocked unconscious
- A man waits outside a mobster's place at night to serve him papers when he sees a man inside there place a bloody hand up against the window. He then shoots that man in the head (with bloody results, including on the window), while we see the motion of a woman firing several shots down into the man (we don't see the impact of those). The witness then panics and rams his car into other parked cars as he hurriedly tries to escape.
- Two men with guns drawn enter a house, walk into the kitchen and are hit over the head with kitchen implements by a young woman; she then stabs one man in the shoulder with a fork (there's a little blood but it still is pretty brutal).
Profanity

- 175 uses of "fuck", 76 uses of "shit", 12 slang terms using male genitals ("dick," "cock," "cocksucker," "prick," 1 for female genitals ("snatch"), 2 for breasts ("titties" and "boobies"), 45 uses of "ass" 17 paired with hole, 6 uses of "hell", 5 uses of "damn" 2 paired with god, and 1 use of "son of a bitch". The middle finger is used a few times. 1 use of "retard."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There is a lot of drug references, and tons of weed smoking.
- Loads of weed smoking but not intense. Bongs, joints, and pipes are seen and used constantly. The characters smoke joints on countless occasions.
- A scene where the two main characters are smoking weed in the woods. One man holds a caterpillar in his hand and puts a joint to its mouth. Both men blow smoke into the caterpillar's face.
- We see a scene regarding a military experiment from the past on the effects of smoking pot, with one soldier high from that and asking someone "Can you torch me" (light up another joint for him). An officer drinks from a flask during this.
- Dale smokes pot while driving and talking to someone on the phone about the benefits of smoking pot, including that it makes sex feel better. We see him smoking and driving again.
- A man smokes a joint in his car but then panics when he sees a cop pull up, but she goes into a man's house instead. After he sees a man murdered in there, the man panics and throws his joint out to the street. Hearing the escape commotion, he then comes outside, finds the joint and takes a hit, identifying it as Pineapple Express (See violence and gore)
- PINEAPPLE EXPRESS(DRUG USE:10/10) Heavy use of drugs throught the movie, apology to drugs, tons of weed smoking(including kids), illegal drugs, traffic and a scene where 2 men try drugs in a long scene.
- The characters are high a lot. They smoke marijuana constantly and are potheads.
- There is a huge marijuana crop in an underground facility near the end.
- The name of the movie is supposedly the name of a type of marijuana.
- Two men sell weed to kids. They smoke with the kids. Played for comedic effect
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The film is a comedy, and while it is quite violent with many bloody scenes, the tone is overall lighthearted, the ending is the films most violent part, with many people killed.
- It is a comedy so mild
- Most of the blood has fleshy wounds and red mist even squirts of blood but it is not overly graphic just brutal
- The fighting near the end might be intense. Part of a character's ear is shot off, he has a pained expression.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- Dale tells his girlfriend that he had sex 2 and a half times, and he says that the half was that he dipped his nut in her.
- A man acts out oral sex with his mouth and hand. (This scene is at the beginning, and the only thing shown is him demonstrate it.)
Violence & Gore
- Red is shot by a machine gun. Blood sprays.
