  • Another one of Yugoslavia's cartoons features a relationship between a man and a fly that starts out antagonistic but soon mellows. "Muha" ("The Fly" in English) strikes me as a look at human-animal relationships in general. It also shows that these low-key cartoons from Eastern Europe were among the most interesting. They weren't flashy, but they had good plots, and that's what matters. Animated features that have the voices of the celebrities of the moment got boring a long time ago.

So, it's not a great cartoon, but it's worth seeing. I wonder what ever became of the people who made the cartoon.
