| Home movie masquerading as clown slasher.
"Night of the Clown" was given to me along with crappy "Evil Night" DVD for free by my friend Lobo.I must say this is among the worst horror films I have seen in 2012.It's strictly amateurish home movie production with some of the worst special effects ever captured on screen.Creepy looking clown killer is murdering various brothers of Todd.Is the killer his wife Lisa or maybe some supernatural entity?"Night of the Clown" is an endurance test for slasher connoisseurs. The acting is abysmal as is the sound. The killings are weird and include fake-looking decapitation. The VHS-quality of DVD is truly ugly and grainy. The film was made by Todd Jason Cook and his wife Lisa and it shows.Todd likes heavy metal, mannequins, dolls, dummies and cats and I like these wonders too,but I wasted 70 minutes torturing myself with "Night of the Clown".A generous 3 out of 10.Meet me in the mosh pit!
