Although the film's title is kept with regard to Manmadhudu (2002), which was a successful film. But after the trailer got released, one can observe the similarities with I Do: How to Get Married and Stay Single (2006).
The UK release was cut, the distributor chose to remove a moment of strong violence (a man slamming a woman's head against a table) and reduce the number of uses of strong language in order to obtain a 12A classification. An uncut 15 classification was available.
