Butch Hartman is a cartoonist who is well-known for his shows like Tuff Puppy, Danny Phantom, and The Fairly Odd Parents. Although The Fairly Odd Parents had a long run, it was always in the shadow of Spongebob Squarepants. When his long-running series finally ended, Hartman, for some reason, decided to create this short series called HobbyKids Adventures. I must admit that this show looks kinda cute. But this series would have been decent if that blue teddy thing didn't sound so synthetique. I wish the studio took a more natural approach.

I let my son watch this show. It was so horrible that he threw a sludge hammer at my 50 inch tv. He proceeded to cry in his room for 2 hours. I watched the show myself and threw up twice and went to see a therapist. This show was traumatizing and would not recommend it at all.

I have enjoyed these adorable episodes better than the reality tv version of the Hobby Kids! This has a story all its own, with original characters and banter that both kids and adults can enjoy. It is clean, witty fun and the writers of this show are young and fresh. Their stories connect with this generation. I hope this series earns a faithful following.
