Biggest baseball game of each week
Maniac-919 January 2012
During the regular season of the Major League Baseball season the Sunday Night Baseball game of the week on ESPN is almost always the most viewed game on TV that week. You have games also on FOX on Saturday afternoon and other times in the week on ESPN but this is the only game of the season guaranteed to be viewable in all markets. The FOX games while there is mostly a primary game they show to most markets there is still a bit of regionalism to it where some markets get other games and the Monday, Tuesday or whatever other day games air on ESPN are subject to blackout in the home teams market so they air the game on their normal TV carrier. But the SNB game is always viewable by everyone that has cable or satellite TV.

Why so biased?

Every time you show a Red Sox/Yankees game you are so focused on the Yankees that you barely broadcast the actual game. Granted the Yankees are having a great year and yes I AM a Sox fan but not disgruntled. I just wish you could be more even. I look forward to being back with NESN!

Just broadcast the game.

Sunday night baseball used to be like a religion to me throughout the summertime. After watching last nights Red Sox-Yankees game, I can't imagine a more biased broadcast. From the broadcasters tone, reactions, and view of balls being called strikes, there was a clear and obvious rooting interest in the booth. I suppose I could have switched over to the simulcast of A-Rod if the main broadcast wasn't skewed enough. Shameful how ESPN has sold out what used to be a great product.
