This is Jerry Bruckheimer's fourteenth production to be filmed in the taller 1.85:1 aspect ratio since Dangerous Minds (1995), although Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) and Top Gun: Maverick (2021) were Specially Formatted for IMAX 1.90:1.
I should take the call since we're BFFs now.
In the first shot scene, the train was moving in one direction when the first shot was taken, but when the video is shown on the phone, the train is moving in the opposite way (the trees through the window), which could not happen, as it was a high speed train and it couldn't just stop and reverse.
Originally shot at an extra-high frame rate of 120 fps, the film was converted to 24 fps 2D and 60 fps 3D for a wider theatrical release, while the 120 fps version played at limited cinemas.
