Cute movie

BUT would someone stop putting pink lipstick on Jack Wagner? He and Josie's lips matched. Very distracting.

Enough. Please stop.

Warning: Spoilers
Each successive installment in this series gets more forced and formulaic than the last. Josie Bissett's hair gets weirder and more awkward, Jack Wagner's mugging facial expressions get hammier. Tyler Hynes does a great job as a special guest, but Cindy Busby brings her usual crackly, hard to listen to voice.

Nice surprise on a holiday afternoon!

A Tyler Hynes movie I haven't seen-what a treat! Just love his dry wit. It always seems like he's ad-libbing. So natural.

It was also nice to watch another movie in the Wedding March series-love the main cast.

For the love of all that's holy! Will someone please help Josie?
rebekahrox9 June 2019
Although the plot is tired and the writing unoriginal, this one was worth looking at due to the principal love interests. Cindy Busby has been a favorite for quite a while. Tyler Hynes caught my interest as soon as he appeared in a Hallmark last year. He has now become a big favorite. I will give any Hallmark a chance if they have one of these two actors.

On the other hand, poor Josie Bissett's hair situation has become a concern. She is a lovely woman who has aged gracefully and plays women of her own age. The pairing with Jack Wagner works. I am not sure what is going on with her health or her hair, but there are plenty of attractive wig options out there for those who are in need of some extra assistance. If she has been wearing wigs, they are frightful: stiff and cottony looking. If that's her real hair, please buy some conditioner or go back to the darling pixie haircut she was once famous for. Sorry, but this is something is totally fixable. I am being cruel to be kind.

A bit of a mishmash
MickyG33319 February 2023
7.3 stars.

I guess this is the 5th installment of the Wedding March series of movies. I've not seen any of the first four, and it's a relief to know that it stands alone without the need for seeing any of the previous ones. That being said, the story is jumbled. The lead actors are not in the exact order that you'd expect, because you might think it's the wedding planner and the best man. I guess the actual lead is Jack Wagner, and the other three are quasi-leads. So what can I say about this film? Not much. The same old Hallmark scheme is expressed in that the "lead" male played by Hynes is/was a spineless sort of man who allowed his soulmate to leave because he didn't want to hold her back. That is the lesson learned, and it's a tragic one that usurps five years from the lives of two seemingly decent people. Next.

Lovely second chance romance between two childhood sweethearts.
cgvsluis11 June 2023
Wedding planner extraordinaire Annalise Collins is planning a wedding at Olivia and Mick's B&B when her ex shows up as the best man. These two met back in their little league days when Annalise slid into a plate and took Brad out after he said girls can't slide. They seem perfect for each other, but broke up five years ago when Annalise moved to New York and Brad backed out at the last minute.

Mick gives Brad some hard earned advice that leads Brad to being more open and honest with Annalise who also gets some advice from Olivia.

This has a double romantic ending and the second one was beautiful and worth the wait for romantics out there.

Romantics will love this and fans of the series especially as this is the fifth film.

Five movies in and ...
sarajimi22 March 2021
Mick and Olivia really aren't even engaged? What have they been waiting for? You'd think that, after having lost 20 years, they wouldn't be putting off a commitment. Annalise seems to be someone they've known for a long time but this is her first appearance in the series. (I was thinking she was one of their daughters? Neither of whom apparently exist anymore.) While Mick and Olivia are fine to watch, and Annalise wasn't bad when she wasn't "crying", my favorite character is still poor Duke. Wish he could be more than just comedic relief.

finally, Real chemistry
ronbokirk9 June 2019
This movie has something that has been missing from several Hallmark productions lately: A cast who can actually act and are able to do Romance. Tyler can just look at Cindy and you need no script to tell what he's feeling, and one look from Cindy can make Tyler melt. That, my friends, is real chemistry. You can call it spark, chemistry or emotions, but it has been missing from so many Hallmark movies lately, and that is the reason we watch romance movies.

Cindy Busby, a horrible actress
zero-27610 April 2020
The lead actress Cindy Busby is a horrible "actress" who barely knows how to act. Probably the worst acting among others in this flick.

Good movie!!
dowdnl9 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Just finished watching movie and I enjoyed it very much. I have one criticism though, the Anniversary year of their first date is unrealistic. They both have been married and have daughters well into their twenties so I don't think their first date could have been only 25 years ago. It should be more like 30. to 35 years

why is this not about grace and erice wedding???
vhzhmtc28 September 2022
I thought for shear 5 would have been about grace and erice wedding!!!!!! Why it was about someone else's wedding I don't know but the new wedding plainer should have been doing grace's wedding and then help plan oliva and mick's wedding for move 6 that would have been more with the family thing and this show. That is why i thought the engament was put into movie #4 in order to give us what is to come in move # 5 graces and erice's wedding. Then the engament of olivia and mick at the end of 5 was the set up for #6 all about olivia and mick's wedding. If you ask me they missied 5 up be skipping grace and erice's wedding big time. If you ask me 5 don't belong with the other 4 movies. Lets hope they do grace and erice's wedding in movie 6 or have a double wedding with grace and erice with olivia and mick getting married at the sametime.

Best of the series, which clearly isn't over
domer-8823922 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This is my favorite of the first five in this series (with a sixth sure to come based on how the movie ended). There were very few Hallmark Hook anecdotes (no 30-min-to-go-crisis, etc.). The characters unfolded naturally. The main couple, and marital couple, had chemistry. There was an important message in a speech near the end. Well done, HC!

Penultimate Hallmark
skpn12329 January 2021
There is nothing in this film that is not romance perfection with a little fun, humour, depth and maturity thrown in as older singles contemplate the romantic decisions they have made, first love, and what sort of personality is a balance to their own and brings out the best in them as a whole person rather than encouraging them to only run with some of who they are leading to an unbalanced nad mediocre life - and come on who isn't fond of a second-chances story?

Maybe they could have reduced the cringe factor in Cindy Busby's character just a touch but I am being 'picky' which is not very valid in this genre.

It had me laughing out loudly
splashpont31 May 2021
Once the main characters meet, the banter of the entire cast supports belly laughs for the uninhibited. Let your hair down and.smile. Leave any jadedness at the door.
