Amazingly lame low budget British spoof of other much better low budget Sci fi movies, the fact that this is self-aware puts it in the category of "not quite bad enough to be good." The occasional musical numbers, (which at least sound like they were recorded in a quality studio,) aren't very good, the jokes, ranging from bad puns to worse sight gags, all are delivered so knowingly badly that the movie never rises to the point of entertainment. This is two hours of your worst nightmare high school musical, except high schoolers are generally more competent actors when directed. The only thing remotely entertaining is the gag reel at the end during the credits, and even then I'm not entirely sure what they're laughing at. I guess they had fun filming this thing, but I can't for the life of me imagine why.
