According to a recent report, it looks like Zac Efron is getting ready to star in an upcoming supernatural thriller for Warner Bros. The movie has been given the working title of The Falling, and THR revealed that Efron has teamed up with Akiva Goldsman (I Am Legend, I, Robot, A Beautiful Mind) for the project.
Unfortunately, plot details are being kept a secret, as the story is in very early stages of development. All we know is that the movie will involve “an otherworldly being.” A draft was put together by Akiva Goldsman and Joby Harold (All You Need is Kill), but they are still searching for a new screenwriter to further develop the story.
Zac Efron will also be involved in this movie as a producer under his production company, Ninjas Runnin’ Wild Productions. Akiva Goldsman will be producing as well, along with with Safehouse Pictures’ Tory Tunnell and Joby Harold.
