I suppose the target Evil Angel audience for this sequel to Rocky's fairly interesting "Time Master" feature will appreciate his cutting to the chase and staging interminable "gee whiz!" extreme penetration gonzo content, but it merely demonstrates his well-known emphasis (shared by his putative boss, Evil Angel's John Stagliano) on high-energy sex above all else.
That's a shame, because in this 2-part project he went to the trouble of initially having a fantasy framework for the action, buttressed by solid production values in scenes set at an Eastern European castle with a cast of extras including musicians and fire performers. Mere scraps, irrelevantly inserted as momentary filler, of this NonSex material survive in this sequel.
Campiest element of Rocco's fantasy world is the collection of Barbie dolls he uses sort of like Voodoo dolls in his collection, to imprison the lovely witches of the title. One of them manages to escape (actress Angel Emily, outfitted with black wings) and Rocco the Time Wizard gets hopping mad, though nothing really happens as a result other than more BDSM style sex.
Sole lady returning from the first film is the hour glass-figured Anna De Ville, who gets quite a workout here. As noted in Rocco's liner notes for the DVD, he's proud as punch with her double-anal performance opposite Lutro and Kristof Cale, though I found watching her body stretched (and gaping) all out of proportion for half an hour a wearying rather than strictly erotic experience.
Lesser known ladies all do what Rocco asks, however painful it looks to the naked eye, including extreme self-penetrations with oversize glass dildos or butt-plugs by Veronica Clark, and to satisfy big-bust fans Rocco tosses in an extraneous sex scene featuring Mia Linz abused by guest star Erik Everhard. Too bad Erik has to wear a chintzy looking gold crown prop, more campy silliness.
